Exercise 3: Subject Verb Agreement

The following paragraph contains some errors in subject–verb agreement. However, not every verb is incorrect. Find and correct only the incorrect verbs. Rewrite the paragraph.
Our class is preparing for the Science Exhibition. Every student have an important role to play. The teachers guides us whenever we need help. A number of models are almost ready. The number of working models have increased this year. Neither the Principal nor the teachers was available in the morning, so we waited patiently. There are a large model near the entrance. Everyone is excited because the exhibition begins tomorrow. The team works together and the preparations are going smoothly.
